Laurence & Dominique welcome you to an elegant traditional 19th century farmhouse, carefully restored and revisited as a comfortable holiday home (former small family farm estate, fully renovated), located in a quiet area on the edge of a small dead-end street ("cul de sac" non-passing), in the heart of a peaceful little hamlet in the peri-urban Chalonnaise countryside, a bucolic preserved rural & wine-growing setting, alternating fields & meadows, vineyard hillsides, rivers, ponds and forests. Very quiet residential area adjoining the center of the village of Saint-Rémy (equipped with all amenities and leisure facilities), nestled on the edge of fields and hedgerows between two vast national forests (immense natural spaces, true green lungs of the territory accessible just a stone's throw away, to explore during soothing walks on foot or by mountain bike), not far from the banks of the Saône rich in a rare biotope & ecosystem protected in "Natura 2000 Zone" (fauna and flora). Many cultural, gastronomic, natural & sporting activities to discover nearby. Spacious gîte with very good comfort. Large living room. Warm contemporary character. Relaxing, zen & gentle atmosphere.
