This property did not look anything like the photos in the listing. It is extremely tired, worn and unkempt. The outside areas are overgrown and uncared for. The apartment was very small (it looked quite spacious on the listing). The sofa bed was absolutely filthy inside.

Good swimming pool, staff friendly. What I did not like was the fact that we had to clean the room daily (there was no cleaner to clean the room daily). At the check out we had to clean the kitchen. Otherwise it was ok.

Hotel near La Rochelle

This hotel caters for holiday stays and offers flatlets with cooking facilities etc. We arrived on a Wednesday for an overnight stop and were horrified to find that reception was closed on Wednesdays. Presumably this is not a usual changeover day. My Expedia booking stated a 5.00 pm arrival which was what we did. Fortunately I managed to find a caretaker who phoned for help and we managed to get our room keys. It would have been a major problem if we had arrived much later in the evening as this is not a hotel with a 24hr manned reception. The only onsite catering that evening was at the adjacent chateau which was much more costly than we wished at that time. At the end of April there seemed to be no restaurants open in the vicinity, the only meal we could find was a MacDonald's a few miles away. It would have been OK if we had brought food for self catering.

Je cherche encore les trois étoiles que je n'ai pas trouvé dans cet hôtel, photos pas d'actualités, vieux et vétuste. Je n'aurai jamais pris cet hôtel, mais réservation par internet et paiement d'avance donc obligé de rester. Les seuls+ de ce lieux le parking souterrain gratuit, la piscine et le nom de l'hôtel qui laissait rêver un peu mais qui ne correspond pas du tout au lieux.

L'acces au site est en travaux, et cela surprend un peu. Les poubelles sont toutes regroupées en debut d allee et au ras des locatifs ... peut-être à cause des travaux....du coup le visuel est pas extra A l accueil de la résidence, les chariots de linge (sacs oranges) sont partout. C est boff quand on arrive.. Manon à la réception...adorable et prévenante. Quand à la localisation...nickel

The check in was late (from 18:00 to 20:00) and the flat was not ready. Had to wait about 1 hour and a half before being able to check in. When entering, we saw the cleaning was partially done. Dust were still on the floor and a bit everywhere. We booked the full package with towels, shower gel and bedsheets but it is only the 2nd day where we were provided those items. When noticed, we went back to the reception but it was already closed. We slept the first night without bedsheets and had no towels. The flat is overall ok but not in the best conditions (AC old and not working, dog hairs on the blankets, dust on the floor, broken sofa, damaged floor…). Despite this experience, the company were very short of staff and we felt like they did everything they could to maintain the place and their work. We wished that there was a better organization.

Globalement decus

Nous étions attendus à 16h mais avons dû patienter une heure supplémentaire car la chambre n’était pas encore prête. C’est surprenant car les chambres doivent normalement être rendues propres, linge sale déposé à la réception et tout rangé. Pas de climatisation dans la chambre et seulement un ventilateur proposé alors qu’il s’agissait d’une chambre familiale. Globalement, nous sommes déçus et ne recommanderons pas cet établissement.

Allez y les yeux ouvert.

Déconcertant, après avoir essayé deux clés pour pouvoir rentrer dans notre appartement, nous sommes déplacé vers un autre logement, totalement immonde, une porte qui ne ferme pas entièrement, de la poussière, des toiles d’araignées, des insectes mort sur le sol, un micro-onde sale, un frigo sale, bref un désastre, nous avons précisé un lit deux places sur la réservation, nous avons eu deux lits une place… L’établissement précise bien sur l’annonce que les serviettes sont bien fournis dans la logement, nous sommes arrivés et rien.. Pas une serviette. L’établissement précise bien qu’il faut aussi ramener les draps dans un sac orange, évidement aucun sac orange n’était présent… et après tout ça, la direction n’est pas capable de nous faire un geste commercial qui serait le petit déjeuner. Non, je cite « nous ne pouvons pas vous mettre sur les petits déjeuners car il n’y a personne d’autres.. », quelle surprise quand à 9h40, heure de rendre les clés, nous apercevons des clients se régaler gentiment de leurs petits déjeuners… Une communication désastreuse, un établissement en ruine (je ne parle pas de l’ascenseur C qui fait un bruit digne d’un rupteur de moto et qui a sa vitre éclatée…), un service catastrophique… Si vous voulez perdre de l’argent c’est le bon plan, sinon une tente deux secondes à Décathlon est bien mieux rentable.
Lit double… il faut peut être lire de droite à gauche, double lit est plus approprié..
L’ascenseur C comme Catastrophique.
Heureusement que les clients ne payent pas le chauffage… Le fournisseur d’énergie serait heureux…
L’avantage est que l’on peut savourer les restes des clients d’avant, sympathique le partage.

Un séjour correct, mais on est arrivé à 17 h pour récupérer notre chambre et là 45mn de queue avant d'arriver à la réception.nous avons récupéré notre clef à 18h15, le temps de poser les affaires dans la chambre, nous avons profiter 15 mn de la piscine car elle fermait à 19h. De plus la clim etait en panne. Parcontre une très bonne literie et la baignoire un vrai plus.
