In the heart of the Provencal countryside of St Maximin, very beautiful contemporary Provencal villa of 200 m² living space, on a large enclosed and beautifully wooded and flowered plot of 6500 m2 which offers all the amenities of a pleasant residence. Air conditioning is present in all rooms (living room and bedrooms). High speed internet access, TV in all rooms, American fridge, indoor sauna.
Ground floor: large living / dining room, open kitchen leading directly onto the south-facing terrace. A large master bedroom of 35 m² and a second bedroom with 2 sleeping places, bathroom with Italian shower and whirlpool bath, toilet.
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and toilet.
Outside, quiet and not overlooked, a large infinity pool with beach and outdoor jacuzzi. Pool house with fridge, hob and dishwasher, barbecue area, pizza oven, everything is there to make your vacation with family or friends just a success.
