Great location close to the underground river. View of the ocean and beach was nice. Breakfast and staff were first class. Transportation and driver met all of our needs and then some.

It was so bad we didn’t stay. There was no reception, we had to hunt down someone who would show us a room. No WiFi, no hot water for the shower, and the shower was over the toilet- no separate area. We requested a refund and they refused.
