We had a perfect Christmas with the family here. Wessel (who just started last week) was super helpful in giving recommendations for travel and nuances in a small town where few spoke English. We loved our stay and would love to go back!

Tolles Familien Hotel im Schnee. Frisch renoviertes Hotel mit sehr seht freundlichem Personal & guter Weinkarte. Wellness Bereich ist auch toll, dass einzige was Schade ist das man für den Wirlpool & die Bademäntel extra zahlen muss. Sehr guter Skiverleih 3 min zu Fuss (Derby Sport). Busse in alle 3 Gebiete direkt vor der Haustür. Leckeres Frühstück & gutes Abendessen. Ski Gebiet vorallem Saas Fee ist top

Für eine kurze Übernachtung OK

Das Personal gibt sich alle Mühe, die Wünsche der Gäste zu erfüllen. Dafür möchte ich mich bedanken. Das Hotel selbst ist in die Jahre gekommen. Die Zimmer wirken veraltet und erinnern eher an eine Studentenunterkunft aus den 80-er Jahren. Wir blieben 3 Nächte im Kristall-Saphir und haben das Hotel als Basis für diverse Hochtouren gebraucht, waren also tagsüber nie am Zimmer. Ferien möchte ich dort allerdings keine verbringen, da das Tal meistens schattig ist.
