The staff was amazing, but the pool had no water in it and the playground was right outside our room so even at 10 pm when we had an early morning flight we could not sleep with all the yelling so it

The staff makes the experience here. They are very nice and eager to make your experience better. We had a great stay and the restaurants on the property had delicious food and drinks.

This property is recommended. It's location is great, clean rooms and pool. The staff are generally very polite and helpful.

The welcome staff, cooking, transport, security were top notch. There was a glitch with the water, and a windy rainstorm cause an electric outage. The water took a couple of hours, but the staff figured it out. This is a friendly sort of down-home place to stay. The room was clean.

The bed was comfortable. Linens clean. Bigger than expected for 4 adults. Very limited silverware and dishes. Tiki resturant was good. We didn't try the Asian resturant. There was an Asian market, but very small and only accepted cash. Excellent airport transfer.

Great customer services. Consider adding flexible checkout hours for long distance travelers.
