Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Clean outside grill if used.
If A/C was utilized - turn off air conditioner. During winter months please leave the thermostat set to 60 degrees and turn off mini splits in the lower 2 bedrooms.
The door locks by entering the code number and the checkmark upon departure.
