Food was fresh and delicious. Childcare was wonderful as well as the activities and kindness and caring of all of the staff!

Solid place to stay in Pacific Harbor, very convenient if you’re doing the bull shark dives. Nice grounds, couple pools, lots of ocean access. Meals a bit overpriced, but staff was lovely and very helpful. Rooms spacious and comfortable, if not super new.

Outdated room amenities. Room smells like old furniture. Rooms needs renovation

We had a great stay at Fiji palms the staff are all amazing, friendly and helpful, the garden staff do such a great job of maintaining the beautiful grounds, the restaurant staff Elvin, Dee, Linda to mention a few there were others who we didn't grab their names that were all fantastic, the reception staff helped us work out bus routes and tours and were so knowledgeable they made the stay so relaxing and the perfect place to unwind not overrun with tourists, close to shops and a dive centre. A little maintenance required here and there but we would visit again in a heartbeat 💓

Very comfortable food was great and staff was helpful

This place is a true gem, from the staff to the food to the rooms. It is outstanding. I would caveat that it’s not for everyone, there are limited options of food, there’s no room service, and some of the staff returns home every night. If you’re expecting a 24 seven full attention luxury resort this is not the place if he wants somewhere that is of exceptional quality with a lot of space for yourself and a bit more relaxed this is great. The staff is outstanding and extremely friendly, and the small number of guests and staff makes this a much more interesting stay than anything else. The pool is incredible, the rooms are beautiful and very comfortable, and the reef and sea is a true highlight. We are already planning our next trip back.
