Beautiful surroundings

Room warm and comfortable and easy to book through hotels.com. Buffet breakfast tasty with many options (although my grandson was disappointed that there weren’t any hashbrowns !) Allowed my family who live locally to pay for a breakfast so they could join us which was an added bonus . Overall very pleased. Only improvement would be to include parking in the fee rather than it being an added extra (oh…and include hashbrowns!). Will definitely visit again

I have booked two rooms for a friend and family member who visited us here in Bromsgrove. The party was very happy with their stay at the Bromsgrove Spa Hotel, the rooms were spacious, staff have been very friendly and they had a wonderful time. They did not like the smell of the shower gel in the bathroom. Suggestion: It would have been better if I had a choice at the time of booking to book a room with a shower as they both had a bath which made it difficult to climb in and out of the bath

A lovely welcome on arrival, plenty of shops nearby and a lovely room for the price and a really comfortable bed to make the stay perfect

The hotel is a rural golf resort with very reasonable room prices. Lovely park like surroundings and gardens. Standard rooms had everything necessary including bottled water. 2 dining options, formal and casual bar meals. Bar meals were very nice. Had a table at the window with great views of the formal gardens and part of the golf course. The hotel is within a stately country manor, so while it was not an issue, there was no lift, and outside access doors were locked.
