The location was convenient, but the property was not easy to find.The outdoor area was a major issue. There were heavy bird droppings on the chairs, cushions, tables, and even the grill. None of it appeared to have been cleaned, which made the outdoor space uncomfortable and basically unusable.The hot tub was one of the main reasons we chose this property, but it was disappointing. The cover itself had visible mold and a strong mildew/sour smell, which transferred to the water. Because of that, the hot tub never felt clean or fully usable.Inside, the bathroom is tile with no bath mat in or out of the tub, which felt unsafe. There were also no USB charging ports available.Communication was frustrating. We could not access the check-in/property instructions or WiFi password, and even after saying we couldn’t find them, we were just told they were “in the app.” The WiFi password was not provided until halfway through our stay.Overall, the place has potential, but the cleanliness, hot tub maintenance, safety details, and communication need significant improvement.
