This place is quiet and nicely off the busy street. Appears to be a converted supported living facility so the rooms are large with closets and linen closet. Full size fridge, small microwave and small sink - cabinets too. AC is cold and the have an exercise room, game room, and a library! It is dated and furnishings are ultra basic, but it is clean, water is hot, and the RV is fairly large. With a little updating and new paint - and some nicer furniture the place would command twice the price or more. But then, the price is why I chose it in the first place.

Hidden Gem

Front desk assistance very friendly and helpful. Location is only a block off the beaten path. Would definitely stay again anytime I'm passing through this area. Very large and comfortable rooms. We had a room with 2 queens and 1 king for an exceptional rate. Missed breakfast of buiscits and gravy since i had to checkout early 😩

I was pleased for the price. Staff is very friendly. Room was clean. Pet friendly. Breakfast was good. My only disappointment was the very low water pressure in the shower. But I also understand that sometimes it is what it is.

Thus far, the facility is “okay” at best. Dead roach in closet doesn’t help. However, biggest problem is noise coming from room above with kids - might as well be in the same room with them.

We came for the Roswell tourist activities and locations. This hotel was a short drive to alien themed locations. For various reasons, the room was dirty. The flooring near the sink and fridge was sticky and looked dirty. The black couch had white stains on it. The shower head was discolored (pink mildew). We were put in a room with a broken toilet that seemed like it was clogged but just didn't flush. It took staff 1.5 hours to leave a plunger outside the door. After that didn't work, we were moved to another room.

This hotel was wonderful and my husband and I travel all over the u.s. We had a mini suite which had a kitchen Bed was so comfy we didn’t want to get out of it lol Rooms were very quiet Has a game room a library and a fitness room Breakfast was the usual but good Staff were very friendly and accommodating Lots of parking spots I would recommend staying here for sure if you were passing through Roswell

We stopped in for the night while traveling. This was a wonderful, spacious place where our family felt very comfortable and very safe. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was one of the most comfortable we've slept on while traveling. We would definitely stay there again!

Renovated supported living apartments

We booked a two bed room which turned out to be a two-room apartment. Which was nice. My wife and I were in one room and my daughter was in the other room which used to be the living room of the apartment. The only thing is in the listing it's listed as a kitchenette. And the only thing there was a refrigerator no stove microwave nothing. I've stayed in other kitchenettes where there are even plates and cooking utensils but this was completely bare. Disappointing since we had planned on cooking our dinner there. Breakfast was fairly good.

Very nice place. Spacious room that was clean and had separated bedrooms. There was no hot breakfast due to a kitchen fire, but other than that it was a really nice place.
