Dont waste your money

Staff was friendly but the hotel was seriously run down pool and hot tub paster and drain guards missing, hotel smelled bad and like pot it rained and the roof leaked all over the bed and ruined our computer room was dirty hair on the walls, stains everywhere, bathtub was cracked all over the bottom and only response was were sorry definitely not work the $140 rate per night will never stay there again

The common areas in and around was trashy; lobby window to the pool wasn’t clean at all during my visit; rugs in common area and hallways needing clean. Overall, I was not impressed with this hotel; also, was not impressed with breakfast

we enjoyed your hotel. The rooms were beautiful, very well maintain I took my family up there for a weekend getaway and my kids were ecstatic because the hotel had a pool unfortunately I didn’t allow my children to swim long due to the fact that your pool wasn’t very well maintained your swimming area wasn’t clean. It smell horrible in that swimming area. The water was so cloudy like it didn’t have a filter system. Your hot tub was just the same as the pool. It just didn’t look like it was maintained for a good portion of time. Hopefully, that’ll get fixed and better that way we can return

Our room was dusty and dirty. The bedding was wrinkled and looked as if it had already been slept in. It was cleaner when we left because my wife cleaned everything. Had she had cleaning supplies and a vacuum she would have spent the day cleaning rather than attending our family event. We were so disappointed.

Down and Dirty in Roswell

Dirty. The ice machine had mold and so did our shower. Do not stay here unless you don't mind ripped sheets and dirty carpets.

Spacious, that the sink is separate and outside that bathroom. I just wish that their shampoo, conditioner and body wash are like in containers attached on the bathroom wall, not those in tiny containers, which they only put one each. So glad we carried our own body wash shampoo and conditioner. But would have been really nice if the hotel would adapt to today’s need of providing the customers amenities conveniently.

Check in went well but we noticed that the room was kinda smelly and the floor felt dirty. The next morning I woke up and discovered my body was covered in bites. When I investigated the bed, I realized that there wasn’t a plastic pad on the mattress and I was sleeping in someone else’s filth all night. Now all of my clothes have to be cleaned and I have to fumigate my belongings. While the staff was friendly, this place was a total dump. Even the couch in the breakfast area was covered in “fluid” stains. I will never stay at another LaQuinta again.
