Nice staff. However our room had no shampoo. Thankfully we had our own. They have a white curtain that closes but nothing to black out the room. So the whole night we could see the light from the street in our room.

I was extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Upon arriving we noticed a sticky mess that went down the entire hallway to the elevator. The elevator floor was also covered in it, to the point that our shoes stuck and left a residue on the sole. In our room the toilet wouldn’t flush. Maintenance had left for the day, but did return to fix it in about 45 minutes. The fridge hadn’t been cleaned and the shelves were covered with curdled milk and had grown mold. In one area of the room the walls were splattered with what looked to be vomit spray. It was a yellow and brown substance. Everything was coated with a surprisingly thick layer of dust, especially in the corners. The pool was so cloudy that you couldn’t see past the first step. We stayed for 2 nights and on the second day I did ask that the fridge be cleaned. It was wiped down. The desk staff was friendly, but the cleaning staff definitely ruined this stay for us. Overall, I would look somewhere else rather than try this location again.

Disappointing Stay

We were here for a short overnight stay before a medical appointment in Roswell. Upon entering the hotel the clerk did not acknowledge me and continued to scroll on her cell phone. I finally got her attention and checked in. Our room was not very clean. The floor and couch clearly needed to be vacuumed, but the beds were clean so we got some rest. In the morning breakfast was ok, not a lot of selection, but that was fine. Overall the hotel was disappointing because of the lack of cleanliness in the room and in common areas like the lobby and elevator.

Rooms were excellent. Property needs a little TLC. It looks like they were in the middle of refreshing everything so another month and it should be tip top. Staff was really helpful.

Do not recommend this hotel.

The hotel has many safety violations, such as broken electrical covers, ripped carpeting, and a hot tub with a jet that would scald your leg if you sat there. Chemicals in the pool and hot tub were extreme. The jets did not work in the tub. The breakfast apple juice tasted like they took a shortcut and added too much water to it. There was not any regular coffee left. My room was NOT clean, and they had to come plunge my toilet from the first night. This is a common complaint in the reviews. I chatted with others in the elevator, and they reported the same. You should close the hotel and get the repairs done. I will stay at the property next door in the future since I visited to check them out, and everything there looked OK. Next time, I will believe the reviews!

First, when we checked in, the front clerk provided excellent customer service. However, when we got to the room, the restroom smelled like it had been mopped with dirty water, stunk like a wet dog, and there was no toilet paper at all. I told the front desk and immediately they sent someone to take care of the situation but the lady that came to clean just sprayed the floor with some sprayer and moped over it, she didn't even use a clean bucket of water, so after 4 hours the floor started to smell again. The extra blanket that was inside the closet was dirty with ketchup stains, so I went to get extra blankets at the front they didn't have any so they gave me only sheets. I can tell the cleaners are not doing their cleaning because I found a twenty-dollar bill by the bed. The breakfast was ok

This was a stay on our way back from Las Vegas to take our daughters to the UFO museum it was very close to it maybe less than five minutes away on the main street. it was close to all the stores in Walmart as well as restaurants. It was very outdated and dirty. It was OK for a one night day just to sleep and get up and go the options for breakfast or your normal waffle, eggs and bacon the bacon kept running out every five minutes and they had to make more. I wish there would've been more options for eggs and Sa sausage or biscuits

We had to leave. We were passing through with our three kids. There was an old lufa left in the shower. The floors were… crunchy because they hadn’t been swept or vacuumed. We pulled the blankets back on the beds and there was hair all in the sheets and toenails!!! We went to turn the air on and the vent was clogged with dust and hair. The curtains were stained brown. There were handprints on the metal and glass room partitions. The couch, shower curtain and walls were all stained. We packed up our stuff and left.
