The room was musty smelling and the lobby, elevator and stairwell were very dirty, but the toilet paper in the room was nice quality (not that single ply Angel Soft stuff).

The room was great and comfortable. Staf were incredibly welcoming and professional. Great location with easy access to nearby places. Everything worked perfectly, including Wi-Fi and AC. I’d definitely stay here and recommend it to others.

Had a fantastic stay. the room was clean, quiet, and super comfortable. The staff were incredibly friendly. Breakfast was fresh, continental breakfast, and had a great variety. Highly recommend this hotel, I’ll definitely be coming back!

Absolutely loving our stay! The property was clean and very comfortable. Great location with everything is nearby. The host was friendly and helpful throughout. Highly recommend and would definitely return!

I stayed for 2 nights and it was indeed a great experience, starting with the staff-absolutely sweet specially the guy Shaun at front desk, generous and very helpful and the motels rooms are absolutely great for the price and are really accommodating and neat.. overall an outstanding experience.. no mishaps and good experience.. this hotel will be a stop for me in Roswell hereafter.

We chose this hotel because of the good reviews. I didn’t worry too much about the bad reviews since I know how picky some people can be. I should have taken them more seriously. Pros were the lobby area was very nice and clean. The staff were awesome and very friendly. The fridge was large and the AC was cold. Cons were the room was dirty. So dirty, I had to go and buy cleaning products to clean the room myself. While sitting at the desk, I touched a gooey substance on the corner of desk and when I went to wipe it off, it looked like green boogers. The sheets I’m almost positive belonged to grandma Moses. The comforter was not much better. One of the beds had the dirtiest box springs I’ve ever seen, and the bed made horrible squeaking noises every time I moved. Another item from grandma Moses. The inside of the microwave was clean, but the outside was disgustingly filthy. The towels looked like someone used them to wash their car. I also had to buy washcloths. The pillows were horribly lumpy and old. Our window was unlocked when we arrived. The side door did not fully close and the lock was missing altogether. Cigarettes were all over the ground as well as banana peels and other trash. I understand that the hotel is being remodeled, and I wouldn’t have minded the outdated furnishings IF things had been clean. I didn’t complain to the front desk, but I should have. I didn’t think another room would have been any better. I’m just thankful we didn’t get bed bugs.
