However, Chae Son does feature a handful of places to spend your evenings. It's about 20 kilometres from Rong Kho. A few recommended hotels are the Tharnthong Lodges and Charamai Resort.

Chiang Mai Province is another place where you can sit back and order up room service like a boss. Sitting 70 kilometres west of Rong Kho, it's where you'll discover the Baan Jang Nak Musuem and Wat Si Bua Ngern. The address IS NOT CORRECT. This property is not 20 mins from Chiang Mai airport as it says. It is over an hour outside Chiang Mai. We lost many hours of our day due to this. Finding a driver to transport us such a long way was very difficult. After we arrived, We gave them a security deposit and when I messaged the manager on WhatsApp about how we could get our deposit back, I have gotten no response back. The place itself is very pretty. Communication with staff was extremely difficult. Still waiting on our deposit back. Or even an acknowledgement of my message.
