Spacious, minimalist, and impeccably clean. You can’t beat the location. Nestled in a quiet courtyard yet surrounded by art galleries, boutiques, and restaurants, it’s a perfect base for walking to Rome’s iconic landmarks. Both Flaminio and Spagna metro stations are within a short stroll, making it easy to get around. The staff were friendly and responsive. Overall, service was warm and professional, contributing to a smooth experience.

I love this neighborhood and will definiteLy stay in this area on my next trip. It was a smaller area than most of the neighborhoods but still had lots to see and do. Plenty of dining but after the crowds in Rome it was lovely to come back to this neighborhood. Walking distance to public transportation. This property felt new. Very clean. We loved the restaurant downstairs and liked having a kitchen.

I let them know about some issues with the room so they can fix them: 1. The bathroom overflows with water when we shower. We’ve had this problem since we arrived and it was stressful. We had no way to dry it up, and when we asked for extra towels, we were told that towel sets had an extra charge. 2. Inside the shower, there is nowhere to place the soap. It’s uncomfortable to open and close the door. There should be a wall dispenser with soap already inside — that would be perfect. 3. The doorknob on the front door comes off, and you end up holding it in your hand. 4. The air conditioners don’t cool properly or might be broken. We spent all three nights sleeping in the heat with the windows and doors open. Unacceptable! 5. They charge 40-euro late check-in fee seems unfair. I believe sending the gate code would be enough to get in. This is how it’s done with Airbnbs, and there’s was no extra charge in others airbnb’s. I didn’t need anyone to receive me — I just needed to get in to sleep. The taxes could’ve been charged later; I would’ve gladly come by in the morning. I loved the location, and the room aesthetic though — that part was great. I would not stay again.

Stayed at the 1 bedroom apartment. The unit is spacious and was clean upon our arrival. A/C, washer/dryer and all other appliances were in perfect working condition. Safe security box was useless, because it was not attached to the wall or furniture so the potential thief would just take the whole thing. Location is spectacular, high end region of Rome, 3 minutes walk from Piazza del Popolo, tucked in a quiet street, protected from the hordes of tourists. Customer Service phone line was somewhat annoying, as each call was taken by a different agent, and apparently they did not share among themselves the customer's contact history. In general a positive experience and I would definitely stay at Piazza Margutta again.
