My wife and I stayed here for a week and it was lovely. The staff are very nice and the hotel is clean, quiet and has good facilities. The breakfast is okay, very basic but it was perfect for us. The lunch and dinner is good but very expensive compared to restaurants around the area. We are vegetarians and having pizza/pasta was great but if you want a change the I'd recommend going to the South Indian restaurant called Saravanaa Bhavan. This restaurant is 7mins walk from the hotel. The location of the hotel is ideal for walking to Colleseum, Spanish Steps and Trevi Fountains. We also used he Spa which again is very basic for for 25 Euros per person, it's nice to have on the complex.

The mattress was as hard as a rock, very uncomfortable, the lighting in the bathroom was difficult to apply makeup and for my husband to shave, too dark, but the room was clean. The breakfast buffet, the eggs were always cold, there were no spoons for your cereal or yogurt but beautiful area. The gym was always closed in the morning so my husband and I always had to ask front desk to open for us. When you came into the lobby after a long hot day touring Rome they had a table with refreshments which was wonderful to have but they were empty sometimes or no clean glasses. We stayed for 3 days. The area is safe and close to restaurants and cafes.

2nd time to this hotel. First time was much better, better room, lighting, cleanliness. This time room the tv was not working until the repair man came next day to reset tv internet modem, shower did not have good pressure and water exited to the floor of bathroom. Had to clean up the water. The room was ok but very small and needs some touch ups. Beautiful hotel overall thought. Great breakfast and pool is beautiful however extremely cold water in the pool.

Our room was lovely, great balcony, good shower and comfortable bed. The breakfast was great too good selection of food and drinks. The outside pool was open 8-8 but was freezing which was a shame and a large charge to use the indoor pool/spa. You had to book in advance too and it had restricted opening times.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel, primarily due to its convenient location—just a short walk to Roma Termini, with local bus stops nearby. It's also close to La Romana, a renowned gelateria, as well as a pharmacy and a local pizzeria. The breakfast offered a variety of tasty options, which I appreciated. However, the lunch and dinner menus could be improved, as I felt they lacked authentic Italian flavors. The staff were courteous and accommodating, always ready to assist with any requests. Regarding the amenities, the indoor swimming pool was not operational during my stay, and the outdoor pool was too cold to use comfortably. Additionally, the poolside showers were not functioning. Overall, despite some shortcomings, it was a pleasant stay, and the hotel's location and staff made it a convenient choice for exploring Rome.

The hotel is in a quiet and safe location and close to the main train station and Metro. The breakfast was always good and the staff super helpful and friendly. We loved the piano bar but visited out of season so didn’t really use the outdoor facilities. It is close enough to walk to main attractions like the Colosseum (about half an hour). Would happily recommend and stay here again ☺️

Good option when looking for accommodation and breakfast package. The staff was attentive and friendly, breakfast was just ok, but rooms could do with a bit of touching up, and deep clean, especially bathrooms - as those details really stood out. Extra points for lovely bar area and the pianist, electronic panels to manage lights in the room and option to eat outside in the lovely patio area. Good to know - it's preferred to receive payment for city tax in cash, should have been more clear when booking via Expedia as people tend to go cashless nowadays and it's been a nuissance for us. We were allowed to pay card in the end, but staff made a funny face which was not necessary though
