Very polite staff, great access to public transport. Breakfast is the same every day, with no options to choose from. Despite the efforts of the cleaning staff, the condition of the hotel and rooms is in terrible technical shape. The walls in the room are dirty, damaged, cracked, everything is old.

Check in was simple. Booked a single room, as i only needed it for one night before my flight home. Room is run down looking. 4 of 6 towels in the bathroom were stained. Pillows don't have the sanitary cover, only a pillow case. Both pillows were stained yellow and very old and unsettling to sleep on. Not even sure if the floors were washed before my arruval as there were areas of obvious thick dust. Booked this based on the reviews, must be for the more expensive rooms. As this one was sub par

The bathroom sink and shower didn’t drain well and the shower head hose was leaking when the water was on. The bed was firm but comfortable. Okay for a night or two for the convenient location but I wouldn’t stay here for a long visit.

Excellent value for money! Great hotel!

Excellent location very close to Roma Termini train station. Breakfast is included, which was a nice perk. Room is small but comfortable and includes a mini-fridge, which is one reason why we chose this hotel. Very nice, friendly desk staff, on site 24 hours.
