Excellent customer service, front desk very helpful and friendly. They answered all questions and gave recommendations . Very clean rooms and hotel Breakfast outstanding with all your favorites there. Looks like recently remodeled elevators. Hotel has a very good location. Walking distance to train station and other places. Many restaurants around , St Mary Maggiore Basilica. Its steps away. 100% recommended .

Terrible hotel. The neighborhood feels unsafe, with lots of noise and bad smells day and night. Couldn’t sleep due to the constant noise. Definitely not recommended
