Great experience from top to bottom. Patrick helped make our stay enjoyable and worked hard to accommodate us with transportation. I would suggest Hotel Nazionale for its convenient location as well as friendly staff. Wonderful breakfast too!

We had a wonderful stay here. The room was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. The location is great - just a short walk to the Pantheon, Trevi Fountain and Spanish Steps and a manageable walk to the Colosseum and Roman Forum. The included breakfast is outstanding and puts American hotels to shame. I would stay here again without question.

The location in the city centre is excellent for shops, restaurants and walkability. Because of it's location in the square housing the parliament building, you cannot access the hotel easily via a taxi or other transportation. We had to roll our suitcases on cobblestone for quite a way. During our stay there was also a very noisy protest in front of the government building which went on every day all day. The breakfast was great, air conditioning works well and the rooms were comfortable. However, we booked 3 rooms, 2 of which were the same class (Deluxe Double), and one was much more spacious and nicer than the other. All were on the 1st floor and given the prices we paid and many months advanced booking under my VIP status, I expected more in terms of a higher floor and more consistent rooms.

This is the second time my best friend and I have booked a stay at Hotel Nazionale in Rome right next to the Parliament building with the Pantheon just behind the hotel. Very luxurious historical building with every available convenience, including a fully staffed bar as well as a lounge. Free breakfast. The rooms are beautifully maintained with in-room safes, refrigerators, comfortable beds, very clean. Staff is professional and friendly, the food is excellent and they offer room service. It’s right in the heart of downtown Rome and very walkable with a multitude of restaurants, wine bars, groceries, pharmacies, historical sites, transportation, etc. We’ll be back.

Excellent location, helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Room and hotel were clean and beautiful. Room was comfortable. My room AC was not working properly. They sent personal to check it and said is was working, but it felt like 68 and I woke up sweating every day . Lat night we opened the windows and was a bit better. Bed was hard .
