My room was very small for 2 people, not enough storage or hanging space for clothes. Had to ask for a kettle in the room. The team at reception desk was very helpful, although there were slight language barrier. The lcaton is central and easy to walk t lots of landmarks, with central railway, and metro station close by.

It was in a convenient location, however, some of the surrounding area wasnt that great. Lots of restaurants near by. The only issue was the A/C. Although you have your own thermostat you can't control it. They did it by computer from the front desk.

Did not meet our expectations!

The staff were distant and not helpful. We arrived early (but not that early) and our room was not available the front desk attendant was not welcoming. All the front desk staff were distant. Breakfast was good but not great. The street where it is located is chaotic at all hours! The room was nice and large and very clean. For the price we paid we were expecting better.

A wonderful hotel! Very lovely with friendly and helpful staff. Conveniently located steps from Termini. Clean, comfortable, modern. Great restaurants in the area. I would definitely stay here again when I’m in Rome next. Gotta mention how fantastic the staff were again. They really made us feel welcome and were ready to hold our bags until our room was ready (which ended up being unnecessary because it was ready early).

Central train and bus stations great, across the street very convenient. Hotel and room were good. Carpet was stained but for the price decent. A lot of the hotels regardless of name are located throughout the neighborhoods which are clean but alot of graffiti on all buildings.

We were a little disappointed with this Hotel. It was partly our fault ... this Hotel is less than 100 yards from the Roma Termini .. so this generated a lot of walking traffic every time a train arrived. The room was nice, just a little small. Our main disappointment was with the Front Desk Staff... they just didn't seem to be interested in being helpful; maybe we caught them on some bad days ...

This was a very nice hotel. Nice people and very accommodating. Breakfast was very good with plenty of offerings. The only thing that I don't understand are the shower doors. The one in this hotel was better than in 2 other hotels. The shower doors don't cover the whole width of the tub, and water gets all over (outside of the tub). This one was about 2 feet wide, whereas another hotel's shower door was only 1 foot wide. I spent more time cleaning up the water on the floor than actually in the shower.

We got there at ten pm due to flights. First thing I asked was to lower room temperature to 30 C. Man at desk 5/30 said “room is fine you just too hot I won’t change it. Our room had an L where A/C went in other area not sleeping area. Next day I asked another clerk to lower it he said the machine “ won’t let me” but he looked up the room and said he would. Still at 22. I made a comment on my check in on. Expedia and the got a call to my room asking and interrogating me about it then said he’d lower the temp. Still didn’t. Plus we wanted 2 towels each they didn’t bring them also had an iron and the maid took it so we had to ask for another. Rude staff no customer service I don’t know how this had a good rating I’d give it two out of five

a few steps from Rome Termini

I had a great stay here. The room is nice and clean (expect the design of bathroom with 1 glass door causing a lot of water on the floor each time I take shower). It is just a few steps from Rome Termini, convenient for me as a solo traveler with 2 luggages. The area doesn’t look great but Rome termini is a trade off. Close to good Vietnamese restaurant 👍
