Fantastic location, great value for money.

Very fast check-in, extremely helpful staff. Comfortable room, not large, but good enough size. AC works perfectly. The room had natural light. Everything was perfectly clean, towels, bed linen looked new. Very nice, complimentary (!) breakfast with room service. It is a 2-star hotel with 4-star service. Just a few steps away from the metro, from Termini train station, from the Opera House, an easy walking distance from the Colosseum...It's a great hotel for a budget stay in central Rome. We will certainly return. (I've read some of the "bad" reviews on google...seriously, people gave bad reviews for the lift being too small...Seriously people, the hotel is located on the 5th floor of an old residential building, they did not build the lift....another bad review says no bidet...yes, the bathroom has no bidet, just a clean toilet...if you want bidet, pay for a 5* star hotel, not that they all have it :) Anyway, it was a nice surprise in terms of location and service, certainly a top one in those!

Great Rome hotel.

Great hotel close to train station, it’s a hotel on 5 th floor of a building with other businesses in it, but this is common in Europe and poses no real issue. There was a lot of space in this room and breakfast comes to your room each morning.

Mixed bag, wish could give more stars

Stayed 3 nights. Maybe guy unlucky with the room... the hotel reception is on the 5th floor. It's an apartment building where the hotel rooms are spread out on all 5 floors. We got a room on the first floor facing courtyard, so it was dark. If window is opened for fresh air, noisy. AC didn't cool enough. Shower was very strange with a curtain covering the side of a shower but leaving a gap about a foot high. Naturally after the shower all bathroom for is wet. Explains the mold. Water takes 5 minutes to warm up in the morning. All personnel was very nice. However, a week after we checked out, returning home, we were passing the hotel by and needed to use the restroom. Since restrooms are hit and miss, we a weird to use the lobby restroom as past guests. The receptionist wouldn't let us. Oh, and the elevator barely fits 2 people.

It was only one floor of the building. And they charged 2 euro just to keep our luggages after our stay. I understand it is so expensive as it was located very close to Termini Station. But the Shower room was too small and we couldn't even pick up the soap on the floor!

The hospitality of this hotel was ten stars . The staff was celery and helpful , rooms were clean and comfortable . Short walk from termini station . Would recommend this hotel.

Run! The hotel was terrible. Bugs, smells of mildew, dirty, and worn. Looks nothing like the pictures. It is a bait and switch. We did not stay and the hotel refused to refund our money. We had to book another location last minute. Terrible experience.

Overall, this is a great spot for a short-term stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast is very basic, consisting of one coffee, one type of juice, and a croissant, as they don’t have a full kitchen. Luggage storage is available, with a small fee of €2 for large bags.

This property is very close to the Termini and most of the attractions (walkable). The staff was extremely courteous and hospitable. The rooms are very small, this property is on the 5th floor and only one lift to cater to all hotels in other floors. It is very small. The cappuccino was great.

This is a very cute property located on the 5th floor of the building. You need to be able to take the stairs or use a VERY tiny lift. The Hotel is close to the train station and to important sites like the Colosseum, the Trevi Fountain and the Basilica of Saint Mary Major. Our bathroom was very tiny and the mattress on my twin bed was ok. A big plus was the delivery of coffee and croissants to our room in the morning and very friendly helpful desk staff.
