Our room was very clean and the staff was amazing. They were always so eager to help out with taxis, directions and restaurants. The rooms are older but comfortable.

We wanted an affordable property near Rome Termini station to stay one night prior to a train trip to Cinque Terre. We flew in from Chicago, took an express train from the airport to Rome Termini, and easily walked with our baggage to the hotel. We were able to store our baggage there prior to occupying the room as we arrived several hours before check in time. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room wasn't fancy but was air conditioned , clean and bed was firm. Free breakfast consisted of a croissant, choice of coffee, and glass of orange juice and was delivered to the room at our chosen time. The only down side (which wasn’t a problem for us as we were traveling without children or large suitcases) is that the hotel is on the fifth floor and elevator was small. Overall this hotel was perfect for what we needed.

The room was basic but clean, the staff were helpful and polite, we walked to all of the major sites but the hotel is in an excellent location for buses and the metro if needed.

There is only one elevator or “lift” and we had to check in on the 5th floor. The room key had to be returned to the 5th floor each and every time we left our room. The lift was very noisy and we were on floor zero about 20 feet from the “lift”. Very dissatisfied with this hotel! Even though our room was smoke free, the hotel wasn’t and we could smell the smoke trout the building and in our room.

Very convenient to Rome’s termini station. The check-in is upstairs, (5th floor) and the room was on the 1st floor. If you know Rome all buildings are old. The room was a little small but the bed was comfortable and clean. A plus! We were served breakfast in our room! And there was an adequate en-suite.

The rooms are small and basic, but the included breakfast is nice to have as you wake up. Elevator is very small and slow. A policy i found really annoying is that you have to leave your key at reception every time you leave your room, which kind of defeats the purpose of having a room key at all because the doors lock by default when pulled.

Breakfast comes with room service. We had to catch an early train, so the desk had the coffee, croissant, and juice brought up to the room 15 minutes early. Luggage storage is also provided.

Outstanding little hotel. Cleanliness was outstanding too. The desk clerk is so helpful. If you need a cab to get here from the train station, call the hotel for their cab, it’s half the going rate. It’s a 3 minute walk to the ferry. A excellent value for a hotel. Compared to Rome, it’s a larger room at half the price.

We booked for 3 nights but only stayed 2 in the end. We had 2 single beds that we had to push together to be able to lay a suitcase down to open it. The shower was just unacceptable and not easily accessible for anyone who may have some extra pounds on. But even then, it was very difficult to get into shower. The staff were very friendly though, but this size of accommodation was not for us.
