Great hotel with lovely staff. Really convenient as close to Termini station. A lovely big family room ideal with kids. Hotel is up on the 5th floor but has a nice little lift that worked well and we never waited too long for it. Would definitely come back with the family if back in Rome.

Overall our stay at the hotel was good. The only issue we had was with the tiny shower enclosure. I know they have limited space available but that enclosure was too small and you had to be careful stepping out because when the floor of the shower enclosure is wet it is slippery.

The property could not be more conveniently located, with very easy access - a five-minute walk - to Termini Station and a short walk to the majority of the historic sites/sights. The accommodation is spotlessly clean and very comfortable, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

This was a quaint little spot tucked amongst the busy city. It wasn’t modernized at all, but was clean and comfortable. The staff was so friendly and helpful. And they delivered croissants and coffee to the room every morning. It was lovely! It is super close to the train station making getting around very easy. I would absolutely stay there again.

Fabulous location!!! Really comfortable bed. Big big family suite. Only thing would say was annoying keep taking the key back to reception everytime we left and need to get it when we returned. Apart from that fab trip and breakfast brought to room each morning - lovely.

An interesting city hotel, just a 6-7 minute walk from the central station. The building that houses the hotel is unique in that every floor is a different hotel (this one is a 15-room one on the 5th floor). The single elevator can be a challenge with capacity for just 3 people. The colosseum is less than a 20-minute walk. Most major attractions are within 30-40 minutes walking distance except the St. Peter's Basilica which would be over 45 minutes by foot. Breakfast is served in your room and is limited and you get the same fare everyday. Nevertheless, convenient to get a start to the day. Lots of restaurants to choose from in the vicinity. My only gripe with the place was the shower. Tiny even by European standards with weak shower pressure. Other than that, a unique experience.

Wonderful place to stay. Station Termini is a couple of blocks away, there you can catch a bus, train and connections to the airport. The hotel is in a great location, there are lots of restaurants, coffe shops, one of my favourites restaurants was the Famiglia great food and good prices. The hotel front desk people are so friendly, knowledgeable and professional. They made me feel so welcome, big smile on their faces all the time. The breakfast was brought up to my room; a delicious croissant, juice and coffe. I really enjoyed my stay there .

What a lovely little boutique hotel. Our room couldn’t be more charming. And a lovely touch each morning was coffee and croissants and juice. We were a little delayed checking out because we were starting to get a little sick and they completely worked with us. I would highly recommend this cute little place. AC worked great and it also had an elevator.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel in Rome! The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always ready to help with directions or recommendations, which made our trip even more enjoyable. Just keep in mind that the area has quite a few hills, so be prepared for a bit of uphill walking. It’s also a little farther from some of the major monuments, but still manageable if you don’t mind a bit of extra strolling. Overall, it’s a wonderful choice
