Was extremely suprised to find that all the hype about the area aroundbTermini station is not a factor. Felt safe, staff was so helpful and great location- eat at the restaurants across the street and down one road. Do notnlisten to trip advisor about where to eat! Ask the staff- they will point you in the right direction
Great hotel right near the train station. We really enjoyed staying here. Place was clean and the front desk was very helpful.

Good location, close to buses and trains, pretty clean, very friendly stuff and good customer service and has an elevator. Wish room could be a little bit bigger and shower has more space. It's really small. But it was a good value for the money.
This hotel is not what it seems. You have to walk through what seems like a townhouse door then up tk the 5th! Floor to check in. The building has 4/5 more 'hotels' in it. You are then put on a random floor for your room. A security door right in the hallway and then your bedroom door. The key was a normal key and there is no deadlock on the door which made me feel really unsafe. The rooms are no as they advertise. They are tiny for a double, the mattress is a thin solid block and they had makeshift bedding (one sheet and 3 blankets) which seemed old and overused. Definitely not hotel cleaned. The room had ants in, the bathroom had mould and smelt of damp. The toilet stopped working halfway through and we had to manage this. The room had a odd musty smell. They offered us "included breakfast" of which was not worth it being included and there is no table space in the room to eat. Preferences were not listened to and then the city tax was requested in cash which concerned me as this was the only hotel i had noted this. I dont travel with cash unless required so this was a shock and a pain to organise. The hotel is in a close locstion to the train station but at the top of a hill in rome so expect to walk far to the scenery of rome. Finally the window opened into a dirty courtyard where other could see straight into our room.would efinitely question the 3 star's also as all others are 2 star in the building... staff were pleasant but this seemed like the only bonus to the stay.
Very nice old boutique style hotel situated in the heart of the city. Very clean and comfortable place with a decent continental breakfast. The AC unit within the room could be better. Very friendly and helpful staff.
The location is perfect, Close to Grand Central Station Roma Termini. From there you can go any where in Rome. The people who work there are very nice and friendly.
To start off with the positive, the property is super close to the metro. This allowed for smooth transportation which was great. They also held our bags early so that we could explore the city while waiting for our room. However, this property portrayed itself to be a stand alone hotel on Expedia and it is not. It is on the top floor with one small elevator in the property. The room that we received was not what was advertised online and when I brought it up to the concierge I was told there was really nothing they could do about it. Although I am grateful for the complimentary breakfast, they could’ve kept it. The croissant was cold and hard. Overall, I would not recommend this hotel for more than one night. If you would even want to do that.
My bathroom smelt and they didnt have anyone to freshen it so they gave me cleaning materials to clean it myself. They offered to change my room for the second night which I agreed to, but at night it was noisy because I could hear people handing in and collecting keys. I thought they would put me and my mum in rooms next to each other but they didn't. My mum was on the first floor and I was on the 4th and then the 5th floor on the second night. Breakfast was basic but on the second day we had to ask for a knife to cut the croissant and we also had to ask for spread.
I can’t say enough about the staff and service at this hotel. Everyone we interacted with was phenomenal. That being said, the facility itself left a lot to be desired for the price. Wouldn’t stay here again but only because of the condition of the property.
Nice hotel everyone was helpful. Breakfast is room service, it is coffee, tea, juice, croissants, delivered to your door at the time you ask. Nice and clean really good hotel I would stay again.
Great location, close to the train station, and within walking distance to everything in Rome. The room was small for a double, but we didn't spend much time in it. The window view was not great. The breakfast was limited, but it was a nice grab and go. Staff was friendly and room was clean. Bed was not good, cheap and uncomfortable.

The bathroom is tiny, the A/C doesn't cool the room, the elevator is old and slow. The location is great and the staff is kind.
