The only thing I have to say is the A/C need to be coolest and blow more air. Summer in Rome is very hot. Other of that, the hotel is in a great location, the staff and the restaurant outstanding!

Everyone was extremely welcoming and accommodating! From contacting us after we booked to helping us get a driver to pick us up at the airport and take us to our port was amazing! This hotel exceeded my expectations. I booked based on reviews so I owe it to future travelers to leave a review. The location was within walking distance to every major attraction and had both restaurants and small shops close by. The breakfast was not included, but was worth adding to our stay. The staff went out of their way to assist with transportation and other accommodations. They even got a much better price on taxi service (2/3 price of hailing a cab) which allowed my elderly parents to explore the city. They opened the breakfast area early for us to grab food prior to an early trip to the airport. We booked two rooms, both rooms had a queen and two twins. This perfectly fit our group of 8. The only negative aspect of our stay was the elevator. It only held 3 people at a time and was rather slow. The hotel also had a couple tricky steps that could be problematic for elderly. I’d stay there again.

Great location and friendly staff!

Great location, very friendly and helpful staff. Beds and pillows are not the comfort we are used to in the United States. Very helpful when calling taxis for us. Restaurant connected to hotel, Petrucci, was the best dinner and tiramisu of our trip. We would stay again!

The staff here are wonderful! We spent 4 nights here in a quad room with 4 adults. The room was comfortable and had lots of room for us. The beds here were super comfortable and bathroom was great (nice showers - though the Expedia photos showed a bathtub). Location is AMAZING! Easy walk to the major attractions or metro/bus - we took a taxi once for an early morning booking but easily could have walked. Staff where super helpful with any questions we had or giving us directions. We had breakfast daily at the restaurant which was good and we enjoyed a glass of wine here at the end of the day. Expedia lists laundry service available - it's not but there is a laundry mat close by. Would highly reccomend this hotel!

Perfectly located gem

Our two night stay was fabulous. We were welcomed early before our rooms were ready. We left our luggage with Raffaele at the front desk and went exploring with excellent directions to what we wanted to see first. The hotel is perfectly located for walking to all the historic sites. Our bags were in the room when we got back. The suite we stayed in was large and perfect for our family of four. It was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast was included and every staff we encountered was very friendly. Since we only had two days in Rome, we didn’t get to see everything we wanted. We will come back to this city and Hotel Hiberia is at the top of the list of places to stay

Insistence on cleaning rooms everyday.

The location is great and the room was clean. AC was in working order. Front desk staff was very helpful. Our biggest complaint was there was no "do not disturb" sign. We do not like strangers entering our room and handling our stuff. The room service staff cleaned our room everyday and we found our clothes being moved around. Also, the hotel is not eco-friendly because the room service staff changed our towels everyday despite them being hanging in the bathroom.
