Room were filthy and dirty, bad smell coming from the toilet so bad we bought a toilet deodoriser to cover it. Poor lighting in the room. No microwave or anywhere to heat food or drinks. The shower head was broken and couldn’t stay up. Toilet so close to the sink my husband couldn't fit properly. Beds were a little shirt for a 5'10 person. Elevator so small 5 people barely fit and so slow we tried the stairs but regretted that because every level is held up with scaffolding.

Barely above a hostel

Front desk had no record of our reservation. I had to show my confirmation email in order to get a room. Instead of the 2 twin beds I requested, we were given a single queen bed. The mattress was uncomfortably firm, and the pillows were flat and hard. There was no bath mat in the bathroom to absorb water, and not even an extra towel (1 hand towel for 2 people). The walls are bare and the place looks like a dump.

Place to sleep near the railway terminus for one night in Rome so quite convenient. If I were staying longer I would definitely not stay here. Not clean, not a good look. Tatty place. Opposite of luxury.

Great location but room issues and poor security.

Great location, and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in Rome. The room was spacious, reasonably clean, but not very comfortable. The air conditioning did little to alleviate the heat. The refrigerator was like a cupboard as it had no affect of the temperature of drinks. Slats were missing from a double bed, and another popped our during our stay. The cupboard didn’t have doors and the front of one of the drawers came off every time we tried to open it. Our main concern was the door to the room. When locked it could be pushed open with a shove due to a loose strike plate in the doorframe. We mentioned it on two mornings but nothing was done about it. We didn’t feel safe leaving valuables in our room which was an inconvenience.

Terrible.

This hotel was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in and I have been traveling for over 20 years! Dirty-No electricity-we actually did not have electricity in our room all night. Absolutely terrible. Just thankful it was only 1 night.

Pillows/bedding were absolutely terrible. Elevator was the slowest I’ve ever seen. AC wasn’t working, but opening the windows makes it impossible to sleep due to nearby roads and constant car honking. Overall not bad for the price, very convenient placement close to everything

I’ll start with the good. The hotel is in a great location, a short walk from the train station and then to the tourist attractions. The breakfast was ok, did the job in the morning. The hotel was run down. Almost everything in the room was broken. The fridge did not work and when asked the staff said it looked fine, drinking warm beer not a fan of. I would say it was ok but for a few extra dollars I would recommend staying elsewhere if possible.

While this is close to a lot of great places, it is really lacking. The rooms are very very small and the beds are terrible. They said breakfast was available but no one showed up the next day. We were able to store our luggage until check in.

Clean comfortable safe and exceeded expectations

We had a comfortable stay for our Rome holiday. The hotel was in a great location only 3 minutes walk to Termini station. Plenty of shops and restaurants and takeaways nearby. We felt very safe during daytime and early evenings in and around the area. The hotel itself is slightly dated but I found it clean, comfortable and my mattress was especially good and firm so I settled in very well quickly.

The room smelled like cigarette smoke. We had to leave the bathroom window open all night, which was freezing cold. Didnt look like the picture on expedia. Staff didnt put to much effort cleaning the room. The male staff were nice.
