If you need to be close to the Fiumicino airport this is the perfect hotel. The staff is excellent, the rooms are clean and getting a driver if you need one is easy.

This hotel is expensive but it is a great hotel. The room and the hotel facilities were great. Very comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. The staff is very friendly. I recommend this hotel 200%. Very beautiful and you can walk from the airport to the hotel by a tunnel. You can also walk from the hotel to the train station. Very good location.

Very disappointed with our last stay in Itsly!!!

Phone from airport to get airport transfer but they never answered our call. We had to request for a porter to take our luggage up to our room. Next day we were told no airport shuttle. This was the only reason why we booked at this hotel as guests said they had free airport shuttle.

So this is the second year I’ve stayed at this property and something went wrong last year the AC was Brocken when we got to our room and this year the whole door jam broke off when we tried to secure the door. I will say though the staff (especially Riccardo) were super helpful and he upgraded our room for the night. Not sure if we will stay again though
