This is not a 4-star hotel. You are paying for convenience. The rooms need renovations, and the staff were not terribly welcoming. Our bathtub had moldy and missing caulk, the baseboards throughout the room were chipped and curled from moisture, the carpets in the hallway were stained and frayed, and in one wing of our floor (3rd floor) there were wires hanging down from the ceiling. We purchased two adjacent rooms, but the staff placed us in rooms down the hallway from each other. I've literally stayed in Best Westerns that have been better kept than this hotel.

We arrived to the airport very late so opted to stay close to the airport upon arrival. Easy to walk to the hotel, friendly staff, enjoyed the one night there and would recommend it as a great place to stay if you need an early flight or arrive late to Rome.

the room was maintained ok , we were given original not renovated wing. It was a mistake that they did not find our reservation we made through Expedia. Reason given was because third party reservation made a mistake. Another thing we found out is they sent deposit paid into our statement instead of holding the sum and refund upon checking out. We end up paying deposit plus a room charge. we had to contact hotel for a refund

I bought deluxe room. But the room was standart. I talked with reception guy. He said that the room which gave to me is deluxe. That was the worst Hilton Hotel that I stayed. They are liar. They sell standard room with deluxe room price. I will never choose Hilton again.ı stay hiltons because of there professional attıtude but at thıs time ıt ıs dissapponted for me .both worker approach and hılton quality is the worst till today .so I plan to not prefer to stay one more time .and ı ecpacted Orbitz ınspect them which have cooperation hotels but I am so suprised.so ı consider to not use orbırz onemore time.

Took over an hour to order a burger and fries, I went to the restaurant to place my order, staff could not take my order, told me I had to order through room service, called room service 7x’s, no one picked up, went back down to the restaurant, still would not take my order, they would have someone call me, called 20min later to take my order, took 45min once the order was placed! The rooms were nice, but the building smelled incredibly moldy.
