I booked two rooms, not realizing it was non-refundable. We had a health issue with doctors note. I sent three messages through Expedia to hotel, contacted Hilton, and emailed directly more than seven days in advance to cancel. But there was no response. They have charged for two rooms that I could not check into. At minimum heartless, but more a fraud. Very disappointed.

Great except for shower

Everything was very good/excellent from check-in to check-out. The only issue was that the shower, which is more complicated than it need be, was not easy to use. It was difficult, after seeing how to have the water directed through the hand-held shower head, to get the hot/cold balance correct and the flow of water. A good shower is very important but this was not a good one.

Great location that is a short walk from the FCO Airport and allows for easy access to early morning departures. Restaurant provided a nice meal in the evening after a long day of travel.

This hotel is really intended for travellers arriving in Rome late in the day or leaving in the morning who need a place to stay very near the airport. It's unfair to expect particularly good amenties or nearby attractions, as the purpose is proximity to the airport terminals. This is the only option. The food was somewhat better than my last stay here and service at the restaurant much improved. The pool is a lane swim only and requires a bathing cap that can be purchased. The rooms and beds are comfortable and the convenient location to the airport is unmatched.
