This rating comes mainly from Ferdinando, who worked at the front desk and was nothing but amazing for our whole stay, especially with my elderly nonna who was travelling with us. The location is among the best in my opinion, a quick walk to all the main attractions but still not too busy, and also close to the station. The facilities were not bad, the hotel has a nice elevator, but the rooms themselves were not the best I’ve stayed in, though what you might expect from a 3-star hotel, so no complaints. Overall, we had a good time.

Location is great, especially close to train station. Staff friendly. They recommended a restaurant a couple doors down and we were very happy with the suggestion. The place is clean but rooms typically small. I'd book again.

The hotel was clean, but rooms were small. Was not sound proof as conversations in adjacent rooms could be heard easily. However, they have excellent customer service. Breakfast options at the buffet were also very good.

A good, simple hotel that’s close to attractions

This was a simple hotel in a great location for exploring Rome. The Front Desk team was friendly and knowledgable. The room was a basic, small room. We didn’t spend much time in the room because, well, there’s a lot to see in Rome!

The room was clean on arrival and cleaned everyday which was great. Location is very good, close to Termini station so transport links available (metro/trains). There are many restaurants in the area just outside the hotel and the train station with many shops around too. Staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful.

Flower garden hotel in Rome

The hotel was conveniently located in the heart of old Rome. Easy transportation options like the Metro were close by. We were there in the winter so we had to have the windows open for a cool breeze, however the street noise doesn’t quiet down until past midnight so be aware. The room was clean and nicely appointed. Breakfast was nice with fruit and pastries and coffee and juices.

Easy access to the Metro, restaurants right outside the hotel and 5 minutes from Rome Termini. Try to get a room not facing the street as the road noise can be loud.
