Multiple and excellent dining options, convenience to the airport and other public transportation, updated decor and cleanliness, and perhaps the quietest room I have ever slept in. Very nice hotel that actually makes me want to go through Gatwick more in the future.

We used this as a stopover for a family of 5. One large room able to accommodate 5 adults together on 4 different beds. The beds were incredibly comfortable. Just wish we’d had longer! Also worth knowing that there are two Hilton Hotels at Gatwick. It took us about 15minutes to go between our terminal (north) and our hotel (South) , including a rail link. It was very convenient but next time I’d chose the hotel closest to our terminal!

We booked an executive room, which come with “executive lounge” access. What they don’t tell you is that they stop serving any drinks at 8pm. Check in was painfully slow. Huge queue and only 1 member of staff. Room was very basic. Air conditioning was quite poor. I personally would not return.

very slow checkin. queuing for over 1/2 hour as only 2 reception staff. Room numbering over complicated and very poor signage. Even with discount it was pricey compared to others and Hilton brand was not outstanding and service poor
