⸻ I recently stayed at Ramada Inn this weekend, and unfortunately, it was a very disappointing experience. First and most importantly, there was no hot water during my stay. On top of that, the water pressure was extremely low, which made showering even more frustrating. After a long day, the least you expect from a hotel is a decent hot shower, and that basic necessity wasn’t provided. It made the stay very uncomfortable. The bathroom was extremely small and cramped, making it difficult to move around comfortably. It did not feel accommodating or relaxing at all. To make matters worse, the front desk staff was very rude and unprofessional. Instead of being helpful when concerns were raised, the attitude I received made the situation even more upsetting. Overall, this was an awful experience. Between the lack of hot water, poor water pressure, the tiny bathroom, and the unacceptable customer service, I would not recommend staying here. I truly expected much better.

It’s not your typical hotel. No elevators but the rooms are very clean. They clean your room everyday which was a wonderful added. No microwave in room. Plenty of parking. I had a welcoming check in and it was late. Like 2AM. Breakfast was not that great. Plenty rum for improvement. Restaurant staff was not very friendly. Can use some training my in customer service. Check out reception was also not as welcoming at the check in. It’s an ok place to stay for a quick trip. Always clean

This hotel is nasty. The first room reeked of smoke. Thankfully they switched my room to one that smelled better but definitely not kept up. The shower water was barely lukewarm There are no restaurants or stores in walkable distance, especially in the cold weather. Although the filters looked filthy, at least the heat worked .
