Newly renovated in 2025!! Built in 1925, this newly renovated classic coastal home in the heart of Rockaway Beach is perfect for your Oregon coast getaway! You will be steps away from the stunning beach as well as many local stores, restaurants, and coffee shops. Enjoy a sunset with a mountain view from the patio or cozy up with a book in the spacious living room. Perfect for families looking to make unforgettable memories on the Oregon coast!

The Space
The Sand Dollar is a 1,300 square foot two-story beach house with a second floor patio and fully equipped kitchen. The enclosed front porch lets you enjoy time outdoors rain or shine, and the heated outdoor shower is perfect to rinse off after a day at the beach. There are plenty of books and games for inside fun as well as beach essentials for the sunny days! Enjoy cooking a family meal in the kitchen or grilling out front. There is a private side and front grass area for your pups! Also, with NEW Starlink internet, you'll have the fastest WiFi on the coast for family movie nights or the occasional work call!

Guest access
Parking is available for two cars in the driveway, with additional parking in front of the house if needed. Please be advised that you have to walk up stairs to enter the home and a flight of stairs to access the guest rooms.

Other things to note
A max of two house-trained and well-mannered dogs are allowed in the home. $50 dog fee is collected at booking. We provide a large dog bed, dog bowls, and treats for your pups.
Make yourself comfortable in this vacation home, featuring a kitchen with a refrigerator and an oven. There's a private balcony. Awesome house! Great location. The house had everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Plenty of games, toys and puzzles to keep the grandkids happy.

We loved how stalked the house was. We were concerned about having certain kitchen things but the house was set up so well. We loved how close to the beach it was. We loved that it was pet friendly. Too... its also really close to town and this cute tree hike. Everything' was walking distance for us.

Absolutely loved our stay at the Sand Dollar Beach House! The host was friendly and a great communicator! The house was beautiful and very clean. We had the whole family come for the weekend (10 of us) and we were amazingly comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home, which is hard to find! Perfectly pet friendly for the two dogs we brought. Highly suggest this house and we would stay again!

Amazing!

Sally’s house was a wonderful stay, walking distance to the beach and lots of local shops. House was very clean and a good size with lots of board games. We also enjoyed the train across the street and exploring the area. Would definitely recommend!
