Centrally located...NOTA (Neighborhood of the Arts) is 1.7 mi away, RMSC (Rochester Museum & Science Center) 2.3 mi away and the restaurants of Park Avenue are 2.5 mi away. A dog friendly house (no cats please) with a fenced-in yard to romp around in. Comes equipped with a convenient 50 amp EV charger. There is a newer washer/dryer in the (unfinished) basement.
