It’s in the lake which is nice. There is a path along the lake. Downtown is 2 minutes away. Several restaurants to choose from. The bed mattress was a bit lumpy and please please please upgrade the toilet paper!

The staff was with very good intentions but unexperienced in any issue that we have witnessed at pur 4 nights stay.. The room that we were given was vibrating fiercely from time to time and no explanation given, no apologies, no solution to move us. The room had uneven floors. Unfunctional lobby to enjoy and relax. Rooms have poor FF&E compared to any Tapestry collection. As a summary not worth the price given..One or even two notches down price is what they would have deserved..

Clean and well cared for property. There was low occupancy and I asked for a lake view room and was denied. I thought that was unnecessary. I got an excuse about my reservation (via Orbitz) not having been paid for by Orbitz yet. Since I had no control over that I thought it was a very poor excuse. We have stayed here a few times and love it every time. There’s a restaurant on sight that has amazing food and it’s walkable to so many locations in Canandaigua.
