The check in procedure is smooth and quick. The resort amenities and hotel ground is beautiful. Food wise, for dinner and breakfast is well presented but taste wise is just ok. It would be nice if the hotel offer 2 types of pillow as the one offered is too soft.

Located in Toyako, Toya Onsen Hotel Hanabi is just steps from Toyako Onsen and 11 minutes by foot from Lake Toya.
We had twin room with 2 beds and was big for Japanese Standard. It’s a little dated but clean. The location is pretty good. Car park lots were limited but we had no problems as it was off peak season. Lake Toya is just at the hotel and there’s fireworks every night which can be viewed from the back ...
