Had a great stay at family selection. Highly recommend the family selection side in stead of grand palladium. We had a butler, Elliott, who was amazing and he went above and beyond to ensure all of our needs were met. The pool server, Carlos, was one of the hardest working person I have ever met. He made our pool days fantastic by ensuring drinks were always available and food readily accessible. The room service could use some work as they didn’t answer to take our order one evening and the wait times to receive food was 90 minutes on one occasion. Rooms were clean, little dated but overall I would recommend. Bus stops right outside the resort for easy access to downtown puerto Vallarta.

Love this place, although the food wasn't as good as past stays and grounds haven't been kept up as of late.

Justo was an incredible host since the moment we checked in. Staff was super friendly and helpful with us, especially since we have twins. Would love to come back.
