Your company is the problem. I got the flu and needed to cancel my one night stay. Hotel indigo was accommodating but said I had to get your approval for a refund. I tried calling I was on line with a virtual person and was never taken care of. Your customer service options are to see that you never get help. I am disgusted and disappointed that I have to pay for my stay because I could not speak to anyone to help me. You do this tactic on purpose. I will never use Expedia again and will share my story with all who will listen. You should be ashamed of the way you do business.
