Spacious, well maintained, 4br 3bath home overlooking Golf Course.

With a stay at this vacation home in Berlin (Ocean Pines), you'll be within a 15-minute drive of Ocean City Beach and Roland E. Powell Convention Center.
There was left over food from previous tenets and there was only one trash bag in the home. Several fixtures were not working properly ie kitchen sink faucet would turn on, on its own and there were several lights out both in the garage and the downstairs bathroom.
