Horrible customer service!! Upon arrival we couldn't get in our room bc the code wasn't working. I called their number, texted and emailed, no one returned any of my messages until the following afternoon. You have people sleeping and smoking crack right infront of the entrance gate and there are NO camera's infront of the property which is unsafe. Our Uber drivers would wait for us to get inside the front gate before they drove off. They have a No music or noise policy that starts at 10pm, yet no one follows it bc there is No one there to enforce it. If you don't care about sleep, this is definitely for you, also you are down the block from the bars so it does get very loud esp. Thursday through Sunday. There is only 2 spots for breakfast and that's a win or lose depending on the day. If you dont mind walking about 15 mins, you will find Burger King, Walmart, Dollar store, Walgreens, plus coffee shops. We paid extra for our room and private outdoor shower which I liked bc it was different. The water was barely hot at times and pressure was weak. The king size bed was very comfortable and the cleaning ladies were very nice. The Palmas restaurant down the block had amazing food but it tends to get very loud and if you sit outside prepare yourself for the homeless to come to you and beg for money. The girl with the glasses and afro was very rude, she left us at her table outside for 40 mins, never bothered to take our order, we had a long day so we decided to go inside the

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Man knocking on my door claiming he was maintenance at 11pm at night. No peephole on door to see to see who it was. I yelled through door we did not ask for maintenance. We did not feel safe. I told 3 different people who worked at property and left the next morning- no refund of nights I didn't stay. Each person I spoke to was indifferent about my concerns. I had 3 unauthorized charges of $100 on my debit card too after staying there . They took a photo copy of my card for payment. Bar on property so loud and not secure. We left and drove to Dorado to stay- skip this hotel and do the same if comfort and safety are your priorities

Outstanding, clean staff was great. I abandoned the other hotel I was in to come to the H.. I don’t even know What I was thinking.
