They have a perfect location, stunning, swim, beach, beautiful pool. The food is really good at both the morning café in the afternoon by the poolside bistro. It would be helpful to be able to not have housekeeping come, just for privacy and security. That was not possible. And I believe it would be really helpful if they had a water bottle filling station to avoid the department footprint with the bottled water. Lovely place to stay!

Wow!

It was an amazing stay! I love the vibe of the hotel it felt like the island not like another high end hotel that we can stay at in a city. The room was comfortable and I had a villa beach side.. i loved how i can hear the waves from my bed. We watched the sunset from our balcony. We loved it here! Definitely returning.

I was putting my socks on after a swim in the pool. I pushed the ottoman to make space and a cockroach ran out and hid under the bed. I called the front desk and they offered to move me into a different room, but said they could do nothing more till management was there the following day. We did not sleep. After discussion with management the next day they told us they could do nothing for us because they upgraded our room. They moved us from a king bed villa with a view of the ocean and walkout to the ocean to a double bed on the 3rd floor of the hotel with a view of the pool and they claimed this was an upgrade. Absolute scum. Never been treated so poorly by management. The bar staff were mediocre at best. Took at least half an hour to get a drink even though there was literally no lineup. Do not stay here.
