We’ve stayed at this hotel for over fifteen years and always loved it. This year the bar staff was extremely unfriendly to the point one bartender was throwing glasses and grumbling under his breath while tending to other customers. This occurred every day of our stay to the point where I avoided the bar all together. Which is a shame because it use to be such a fun environment. Many families had the same complaint.

It is a Hotel Not a resort like other reviews said. The hotel is modest, small pool (for adults and children), courtyard, and bar with food. Limited beach front with lounge chairs not umbrellas. Near all necessities, good location. It is clean and everyone who works at the hotel was very attentive.

This resort was everything we were hoping for and more. They have one of the largest, if not, the largest swim up bar. Their food is actually really good and reasonable. Their drinks are excellent as well. The staff, especially the bartenders, were extremely friendly and gave us a lot of suggestions on the places we should see. The beach was also very nice. The water isn’t very rough. So you can actually swim in the water. You can also walk to the center of town in less than 15 minutes. We are definitely going back and cannot wait!
