The staff was personable, kind, and helpful. The room was clean and spacious. Outside my second-floor window, the beautiful wooded view including a small creek was a pleasant surprise. Overall, this was a nice place that I would happily stay at again.

The room was spotless and so was the bathroom. Variety of options for breakfast each morning, not the same thing everyday. The food was hot and very tasty. The staff was so friendly and had smiles on their faces and in their voices. The room was quiet and comfortable beds. We stayed 4 nights. We will definitely stay here again. The property was over all not bad. The parking was simple with large sized spots. The toilet tank in our room was not fully secured to the seat and would shift freely. Also the thermostat was very finiky to deal with and had trouble getting the unit to register and run. The biggest issue we had with our stay were other guests. The walls are paper thin and guests had their tv volume on high, them and their child were up til almost 2am beig extremely loud, and going in and out of their room letting the door slam. When I had had enough i went down to the front desk and spoke with them. I was apparently far from the first who complained about these guests and the staff didn't seem all that concerned with tending to the issue when it had apparently already been brought up prior. The breakfast staff lady was absolutely sweet and very helpful.

Brought my elderly pup on this trip and all the employees at Cumberland were so welcoming to her!! The rooms were immaculate, the breakfasts were great. I am coming back here for sure the next time we visit our friend

Refrigerator not working properly. For goodness sakes, Keep the refrigerators running! By the time you check in, there is no time to cool it down. When traveling cross country people need to store things as soon as they check in.
