Book Rickenbach hotels

I had a great 3 night stay at Centra Hotel Zürich. Christian at the front desk was super friendly and helpful, and my check in was a smooth process. My room was spotlessly clean and the shower had good pressure and hot water. There was also free onsite parking which was an added bonus. There is also a restaurant next to the courtyard where I had a nice dinner on my first day of arrival. The hotel was easy to find and I was happy that it was in a quieter part of the city - I had no trouble sleeping at night. I would recommend this hotel to other guests :) Thank you Christian for your professionalism!

Convenient location professional and friendly staff clean and comfortable rooms nice breakfast

The location was bit away from the town, you may need a car or take public transportation. However the hotel was great. Nice design and more tv program options for English speakers than other hotels. The laundry facility was also nice. It was easy to follow by scanning a QR code & pay by card.

On our trip to Europe which included eight different countries, this was by far the BEST hotel we stayed in! While the parking was less than desirable, Daniel at the reception was kind and helpful in recommending public parking near the hotel for us. The room was amazing, the breakfast which was included, was the best we had in Europe and the location was very convenient to the old town and the train station. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Switzerland.

Breakfast choice was reasonable. Limited cooked choice but either had sausage or bacon and then scrambled eggs and then selection of usual continental elements

You have to pay for parking daily about €16 per day so there’s no free parking even if you’re paying hundreds for the room. The housekeeping service was poor, and we constantly had to request it. They don’t clean daily, and they will skip your room if you don’t ask. There’s also no gym or free breakfast, unlike competing hotels nearby. I wouldn’t stay there again.
