I felt very relaxed at this hotel. It was nice and quiet, central and close to everything. The staff were very kind and went out of their way to help. The rooms were fairly big and had everything we needed. We opted for a studio so we could have some kitchen facilities. This included a hob and microwave, fridge and kettle with some pans and cutlery. It was perfect for our needs. The breakfast featured a big spread and was replenished often. There was luggage room to store luggage until check in free of charge, which was very helpful. We will be returning.
Some people complained about there being no English tea on offer at breakfast. However, what I will politely remind people that Iceland is not England. if you do feel you need a specific drink that is alien to a country you are visiting and they may not have, perhaps bring your own from home. It's in poor taste to blame the hotel for not catering for the breakfast norms of other countries.
