This was awful. We had a 4pm check in, the unit was not ready till 4:45 so we were stuck waiting in the cold for 45 minutes even though the agreement was 4pm. No offer of a discount or compensation, just a useless “I’m sorry”This apartment (not house) is in a VERY BAD area. Tons of undesirables stumbling around in the alleyways and the people above the unit kept STOMPING AROUND all the time. The parking is a nightmare and there’s an ice cream truck that likes to drive by and block the only driveway for the parking and other cars will turn on their hazards and block the driveway. I’ll probably never stay in another property on VRBO as a result of this nightmare as well.

First of all check in is at 4 we are messaged at 3:30 and said they were still cleaning, we got to enter at 4:30 and were told check out is at 10 so apparently not 30 min later do to them being late for us. Then i woke up the next morning with major allergies,which i only get with cats so i had to clean the bedding/top bedspread when i put the sheets back on it was really tuff, full size sheets on a queen size bed,they really need the right size. After that ordeal was over the rest of the stay was nice. We stayed 5 nights. The place was overall okay. Thanks, The Frederickson's

It was very clean and spacious. All of the required amenities. I really like that she left a fresh sponge for dishes, that was nice. The only improvement opportunity I can think of is sending some of the check in information sooner in the day. I understand not wanting people to check in before the check in time, but items like what is approved parking would be helpful in advance.

It was great location for our stay. Had everything you would need love that they had extra towels. The only down side is that when the people above you run water you can hear it in the walls and it’s very loud! Also the couch you can’t use because it stinks so bad like cat pee you don’t want to sit on it.
