I hate my room. It was dirty and paint was peeling. It smelled and it had mold on the walls. We slept in on clothes on top of the sheets and we left first thing in the morning. I did not bother trying to get a new room because when I went back to the lobby when I saw the room another customer was fussing with the man at the desk about her room and he kept telling her he did not have a extra room. I was very unhappy and I usually always enjoy my room. I feel I should get a refund because this room was awful. I have pictures but it will not allow me to upload them 😞

Better than expected

It has been a few years since I have stayed at Econo Lodge in Rehoboth. But the check in was very courteous. Room was very unexpectedly awesome. Clean, spacious and bathroom was awesome!

Nasty hotel that doesnt care.

There was a heating unit in the wall that did not work. There was a 1/4 inch gap around the balcony door. The Temperature outside was 12 degrees. I was told they didnt have another room available. I slept with all my clothes on.

My family used to stay in this Econo Lodge in the early 2000s and it's really gone downhill since. The whole building is in generally poor condition. Cracks in the walls & ceiling, water damage in the bathrooms, elevator makes scary noises...handles and fixtures loose or broken in the room. Mold in the air conditioner. I remember it used to be nice. Sad to see. But at least it is affordable if you need a place to crash and don't plan to spend much time there. The beds were clean and decent. Checkin/checkout was easy. Probably won't stay there again though.
