The room was clean, however one would have expect one or two bottled water in the fridge, as welcome not just two glass cups. This little complimentary goes a long way to show hospitality

Staff is very nice. Amenities and facilities are up to the par. Plenty of options for breakfast, brunch, lunch and dinner plus bar onsite.

Rooms were quite claustrophobic. But if somewhere to rest your head for the night it's fine

Very handy to walk to Schipol airport. Bright and colourful decorations and high tech room allows you to change the colour in your room through the iPad in each room. Good things to know if you are used to North American hotels: Rooms are small and bed has walls on three sides, so either someone is blocked in at night, or both of you have to crawl out at the foot of the bed. There are only a few hangers to put clothes on, no drawers. Neither of these issues reduced our enjoyment of the property, and would definitely stay here again.

Exceptional staff, everything went smooth and we were well cared for. The front desk even loaned me a jacket for a small excursion I did.

Hotel right in the city centre. Easily walking distance from hotel. 5 mins or less from Amsterdam central. You can easily reach out to local attraction, red light area, cafes by walking. Down side was mattress was worst. We booked 2 twin rooms & in both was same issue.
