Nice hotel but the room was a little tired with signs of wear and damage. The heating wasn't working and I had to advise reception who left a portable heater in the room. It's surprising how often this happens in other hotels, not just here, and suggests a lack of maintenance.

Feont desk staff were always so helpful and patient. Restaurant team were always on the ball.and super friendly. Housekeeping was always timely and well done.
