The spa services were good, quiet and relaxing. However, there seems to be a lot of teenage guest/ members who go about the men’s locker room making excessive noise and are rude. I was told by the front desk there have been issues with lockers being broken into in the men’s locker room, not expecting to have to worry about leaving a room key or cell phone in a locker. The work out, gym facilities are very overcrowded as well with poor cleaning of equipment by members after use. Wiping down equipment after yourself is a thing of the past apparently. The room we selected (higher end of the range) was comparable to most chain hotels sadly. There were a handful of nats in the bathroom and around the lighting above the headboard. The only decorative pillow on the bed had some sort of wet oily stain on it, my wife pointed out the pillows had mascara stains on them also. We attempted to watch a movie before bed and the tv wouldn’t load after multiple attempts. The spa staff is nice and courteous is what my wife and I found to be the only highlight. We rarely give reviews but we expected a nicer hotel club experience.
