Must stay in Raton!!!

Family vacation from Texas on our way to Redstone, Colorado. The hotel is beautifully designed and the staff were extremely friendly. Will stay again when going through Raton.

Great place for a quick stop. The interior was kind of retro and cool. The indoor pool was fun! There is an old lingering smoke smell in some areas, but not in our rooms which we appreciated. Would definitely stay here again if in the area for longer.

One of the desk clerks was worthless, but the other was able to cancel a double booking which was not my doing. The HC rooms were far from the front desk. At this point in time, all rooms should be universal design (meaning grab bars at the toilet and in the shower/bath at the very least) - this needs to be addressed by all hotels! The desk clerks failed to inform us there was two entrances to our room which meant we could park close to our room. The staff at this hotel needs orientation training!

Awesome place to stay!! Drive up to your assigned door, unload and you’re in. Inside door to atrium and pool and restaurant. Staff is very accommodating. Great shower and bed was really comfy. Ac works very well. Tv had lots of premium channels. Very clean room! Check in and check out easy enough.
