it was absolutely disgusting. The rooms were far below standard; honestly, even a cheap motel would have been better. They were smelly, dirty, and I even found a spider on my sheet. For the condition of the place, they charge way too much. The only positive part of my stay was the young woman working at the front desk during the night shift her customer service was fantastic!

Mid renovation, convenient shuttle

This location is being renovated, so I assume my issues with cleanliness will be addressed. Our room had stained window treatments and the furniture was worn. However, we stayed primarily because we had an early morning flight, and the airport shuttle was easy to sign up for and punctual. The driver was friendly and communicative; we had no problem arriving at the airport in time. The schedule was one shuttle ride per hour, having more frequency in the early hours would be helpful. It would also be nice if some breakfast was available before 6am other than coffee.

Homeless people in parking lot with trash and grocery carts everywhere, and dogs tied up to an old car where people where obviously staying. I cancelled by room, but the attendant told me he couldn’t cancel it that I had to contact you. I have pictures.. I will send the pictures to you American Express, and the Comfort Suites if necessary to receive a credit.

Although they are clearly upgrading the hotel and there is construction going, the lady at the front desk was very nice. Our room was clean and spacious. The breakfast was great.
