Had to cancel my stay because my work meeting was moved to next week. Even though the hotel called me to confirm my reservation because they over booked, they wouldn't give me a refund. In the future if I'm book this same hotel, I will say I'm still arriving even if I'm not. They got paid twice for the same room.

Every day we came back to our room our beds were made, trash was taken out, and towels were replaced. We were so grateful for such phenomenal service. Will be back!

We stayed one night and had dinner at the Augus Barn. I highly recommend both. Nice weekend getaway. The front desk staff were great and answered all our questions.Quiet, safe area. The room was clean, with a comfortable bed. Short drive or shuttle to the airport, shopping, and restaurants. Breakfast consisted of sausage, eggs cereal, juice, milk yogurt, toast, waffles, pancakes and fruit. We would stay again.

Hotel was clean, but very tired. Had to move rooms as the first room I was given had a mild smoke odor. The furniture in both rooms was visibly worn and most items are ready for replacement. Breakfast was average but one of the hot trays was out of food and wasn't replaced in the 30 minutes I was eating breakfast. Staff was friendly. All in all average hotel, but was hoping for more from a Wingate.
