Good hotel with a great location while visiting my daughter at unc. The comforter on the bed is way too thin but the beds are comfortable. Staff was extremely friendly. Only downfall was no coffee maker or hot water machine in the rooms but they did have it available in the lobby. Nice touch to hand us water and a snack when we checked in.

The lobby was set up nice, but the rooms were subpar. The beds were really hard and uncomfortable and not well made. The complimentary breakfast was also bad. There was very little to choose from. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Upon checkout, the person at the front desk asked me if I wanted my receipt emailed and I said yes I have not yet received that receipt. I am wondering if anybody else has because every person that walked up to that desk he asked the same thing, and they all said yes. If you’re saying you’re gonna do something, you should do it. Now it requires me to make a phone call.
