The toilet wasn’t working properly but they sent someone to fix it immediately and housekeeping didn’t knock before entering our room good thing we had the safety lock on other than that it was good.

Nice staff. Building in good shape. For me the pillows were too soft making sleeping uncomfortable. There was a problem with the door keys not working but it did not present any problem really.

This hotel sits right beside a major highway so you may get a room that's quite noisy. We didn't have this problem, but it would be good to know. It's also right on the edge of a not so great part of town. We didn't have an issue, but again, good to know in advance. The first thing we noticed when we got to our room was a dirty pair of underwear in the corner under a chair - which didn't make us very confident in the cleaning of the room prior to our arrival. The room is very cramped. The walls are pretty thin so heard a lot of noise during the night. The breakfast was really bad. Two good things I can say - the beds were nice and the shower was great. I wouldn't stay here again.

Extremely noisy with traffic all night long. You could hear people in adjoining rooms and also people walking up and down the halls. Such a shame since place was clean, comfortable beds, and friendly staff.
